경량전철 시스템엔지니어링 비용 추정 분석 = Cost Estimate analysis of Light Rail Transit System Engineering

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현재 국내 건설 또는 운영 중인 경량전철사업의 시스템엔지니어링 분야는 해외 기업에서 주관하고, 국내 기업은 하부 참여기업 형태로 시스템엔지니어링 업무를 수행하고 있어 핵심기술에 대한 종속관계로 시스템엔지니어링에 대한 기술 자립이 필요한 실정이다. 이에 국책연구과제인 “경량전철 시스템 및 운영고도화를 위한 시스템엔지니어링 적용기술 개발” 연구사업을 진행 중에 있으며, 연구사업의 사업화 계획의 일환으로 현재 진행중에 있는 경량전철 대상사업을 조사 및 선정하여 경량전철 시스템엔지니어링 비용 산정기준에 대한 객관적인 근거 마련을 위해 시스템엔지니어링 비용 추정 모델인 COSYSMO(Construction Systems Engineering Cost Model)의 크기드라이버 4개 항목, 비용드라이버 14개 항목에 대한 파라미터 및 경량전철 건설사업의 요구사항 수준 및 난이도 분석을 통해 경량전철 시스템엔지니어링에 대한 객관적인 비용을 분석하고자 한다.
