스마트폰 교육이 노인의 생활만족과 행복에 미치는 영향 = The Influence of Smartphone Education Program on Life Satisfaction and Happiness of the Elderly

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 스마트폰 교육이 노인의 생활만족도와 행복에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위해 실시되었다. 이를 위하여 스마트폰 교육 메뉴얼을 개발하고, 2021년 7월 1일 ~ 9월 27일까지 K 지역의 노인종합복지관 강당에서 스마트폰 교육을 진행하였다. 교육은 회기당 2시간을 기본으로 총 12회기로 구성하였다. 연구대상은 K 노인 종합복지관 이용자 중 스마트폰 교육에 12회기를 모두 참여한 13명을 대상으로 하였으며, 연구의 효과성 검증을 위하여 생활만족도와 행복 척도가 활용 되었다. 자료 분석을 위해 SPSS Windows 21.0 프로그램을 활용해 빈도 분석, 기술통계 분석을 실시하였으며, 프로그램의 효과성을 검증하기 위하여 대응표본 T 검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인을 대상으로 한 스마트폰 교육은 노인의 생활만족도 향상에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인을 대상으로 한 스마트폰 교육은 노인의 행복 향상에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 기반으로 노인의 생활만족도와 행복을 향상시키기 위한 스마트폰 교육 메뉴얼 개발 및 찾아가는 맞춤형 스마트폰 교육 서비스 등을 제안하였다.

This study was conducted to verify the influence of smartphone education programs on the life satisfaction and happiness of the elderly. To this end , a smartphone education program manual was developed, and it was held in the auditorium of the senior welfare community center in the K area from July 1 to September 27, 2021, and total of 12 smartphone education program sessions were conducted based on 2 hours per session. The subjects of the study were 13 people who participated in all 12 sessions of the smartphone education program for the elderly among users of the senior welfare community center, and life satisfaction and happiness scales were used to verify the effectiveness of the study. For data analysis, frequency analysis and descriptive statistical analysis were performed using the SPSS program. To verify the effectiveness of the program, paired T-test was performed. The research results are as follows. First, a smartphone education program for the elderly was found to be effective in improving the life satisfaction of the elderly. Second, a smartphone education program for the elderly was found to be effective in improving the happiness of the elderly. Based on the research results, practical implications for improving the life satisfaction and happiness of the elderly were presented.
