스노우볼링 가이드라인을 활용한 질적 체계적 문헌 고찰의 절차 탐색 = A Qualitative Systematic Literature Review Procedure Utilizing Snowballing Guidelines

국문 초록 (Abstract)

질적 체계적 문헌 고찰은 양적 연구 분야에서 주로 활용해 온 체계적 문헌 고찰의 방법을 질적인 관점으로 확장하도록 하는 연구 방법론이다. 질적 체계적 문헌 고찰의 절차는 아직 구체적으로 합의되지 않은 상태로, 특히 문헌 분석 과정에 비해 문헌 수집 과정에 대한 논의는 거의 이뤄지지 않아 왔다. 그래서 질적 접근을취하는 연구자들이 체계적인 과정을 통해 문헌을 고찰하고자 할 때, 대안적인 검색 방법이나 일반적으로 따르기 용이한 절차를 찾는 데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 대안적 검색 전략 방법으로서 Wohlin이 제안하는 스노우볼링 가이드라인을 탐색한 후, 질적 체계적 문헌 고찰에 활용할 수 있는 기존의 관련 절차들을 검토하여 이를 하나의 절차로 종합하였다. 이후 스노우볼링 가이드라인을 활용한 질적 체계적 문헌 고찰의 절차가 교육과정연구 및 교육연구 전반에서 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

A qualitative systematic literature review expands the systematic review methods that are predominantly used in quantitative research from a qualitative perspective. However, specific procedures for conducting qualitative systematic literature reviews have yet to be established.
Moreover, discussions on the literature search process have received limited attention compared to those on literature analysis. Consequently, researchers employing a qualitative approach face challenges in finding suitable procedures and alternative search methods for their systematic literature review. This study explores the snowballing guidelines proposed by Wohlin as an alternative search strategy, and reviews existing relevant procedures applicable to qualitative systematic literature reviews to integrate them into a comprehensive procedure. Furthermore, the study discusses the potential applicability of the qualitative systematic literature review procedure that utilizes snowballing guidelines in curriculum studies and educational research.
