현 지적재조사사업에 나타난 문제점분석에 의한 개선방향연구 = Study on the Way of Improvement by Analyzing the Problem Revealed in Current Cadastral Resurvey Project

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The cadastral resurvey project has been planned for 19 years, from 2012 to 2030, which refers that now is atthe beginning stage. The aim of a project was to correct the registration of cadastral register, which was notcorresponding to the actual circumstances. As a national project, the government has been charged of thisproject to achieve the effective land management and protect the property rights of people, by changing analoguecadastral surveyed in 1910 to digital cadastral.
On this paper, we focused on reinvestigating the principle of cadastral resurvey project and suggesting bettersolutions for problems, so as minimizing numbers of trials and errors in the project.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

지적재조사사업 기본계획은 2012∼2030년까지 19년 동안으로 계획되어 이제 시작단계이다. 지적재조사사업은토지의 실제현황과 일치하지 아니하는 지적공부의 등록사항을 바로잡고 1910년에 만들어진 종이에 구현된 지적을디지털지적으로 바꾸어 국토를 효율적으로 관리함과 더 나아가 국민의 재산권보호에 기여함을 목적으로 실시하는국가사업이다. 본 연구는 현재 진행되고 있는 지적재조사사업의 근간을 재 조명해보고 문제점을 찾아 개선방향을제시하여 향후 지적재조사사업의 시행착오를 최소화 하는데 기여하고자 한다.
