응급구조학과 학생들의 안락사에 관한 주관성 연구 = A study on the attitude of EMT students toward euthanasia

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to classify subjective structure of euthanasia in dying patients on EMT students’ view for shaping a policy and educating about euthanasia. A Q-methodological approach which provides a way of analyzing the subjectivity of each item was used. Q population was performed in this research through literature review and interview. From this, a final Q sample of 35 statements was obtained. The P sample sorted the Q sample for euthanasia. The collected data was analyzed using PC QUANL program. Results revealed three distinctive types of euthanasia about EMT students. Type 1 is a reasonable accept type, type 2 is a support and prolongation of life type. And type 3 is a respect of assert rights type. Conclusion: It is needed to establish the legal, systematic guarantee and systematic hospice system. Also, it is recommended about education of EMT students based on the three types of euthanasia.
