    1. CONTENTS
    (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
    This study were concentrated in a single and multiple residential development has the potential to present the area's living environment by conducting a survey realistic housing policies for small, low-floor and low-cost suggestions for changes in housing policy suggestions. For the purposes of data analysis, frequency analysis of each item in the survey conducted to determine the approximate statistics are aimed at.
    (2) RESEARCH METHOD
    For the purposes of data analysis, frequency analysis of each item in the survey conducted to determine the approximate statistics, and by conducting cross-tabulation of nominal variables, and variables to investigate the difference between the percentage (%) through the statistics that describe josaham.
    (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS
    This study presented policy suggestions for the supply of small housing through the survey of the living environment reality of the area in which detached and multiple dwellings were currently concentrated and that had a possibility of development. And it presented suggestions for changes in policy for low-story and low-price housing at the time of redevelopment and reconstruction project promoted by Seoul Government as the living environment improvement project of this area.
    2. RESULTS
    Indigenous people and other people with high-density housing development of the common people in the direction of the desired compact housing supply should be promoting.
