북한 조선어학의 최신 연구 동향에 대하여: 『사회과학원학보』와 『조선어문』을 중심으로 = On the Latest Research Trends in North Korean Linguistics

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 글은 북한의 『사회과학원학보』와 『조선어문』에 나타난 조선어학의 최신 연구 동향을 분석함으로써 남북 한국어학-조선어학 분야 교류를 준비하는 데 필요한 주제와 연구자등의 정보를 정리한다. 본고에서는 남북의 언어학이 상호보완적 입장에서 상생할 수 있어야 한다는 관점을 토대로, 우선 남한 한국어학계가 북한의 언어사상리론 분야를 적극적으로 이해함으로써 상대를 설득할 것을 제안하였다. 또한 남한 어미류의 단어 지위 인정 문제 및 시점과 관련하여 남북 언어학 교류가 그러한 계기를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이며, 북한 조선어학의 분야 중 발전 가능성이 예상되는 외국인을 위한 조선어교육 영역에 남한의 견인이 필요할 것으로 전망하였다. 이밖에도 남북이 함께 논의할 만한 언어학의 주제들을 보임으로써 앞으로의 남북 언어 통합 정책에 도움을 주고자 하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This article analyzes the latest research trends of the Korean language in the North Korean “Gazette of the Academy of Social Sciences” and “Joson Omun (Korean linguistics)”, and summarizes the topics and researchers information needed to prepare for interchange between South and North Korean linguistics. In this paper, based on the viewpoint that the linguistics of the south and the north should be mutually complementary, it is suggested that South Korean linguistics should persuade their opponents by actively understanding the field of linguistic ideology in North Korea. In addition, the exchange of linguistics between the two Koreas will provide a momentum to recognize the ending as a word. And South Korea should support the field of Korean language education as a foreign language expected to develop in the field of North Korean linguistics. Also I tried to help the future of South and North Korean language integration policy by showing the subjects of linguistics which the two Koreas can discuss together.
