스포츠 아카이브의 구축을 위한 기초연구-중간보고서

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현대사회 속에서 스포츠 기록의 가치가 높아가고 있는 반면 그간 스포츠 기록의 보존관리에 대한 관심은 소홀했고 관리 체계 구축의 시도는 미흡했다. 다행히도 기록학계의 아카이브에 대한 관심의 증가로 인한 연구물이 축적되고 있고,선진 기록관리 국가에서 스포츠 아카이브를 성공적으로 운영하고 있는 사례를 감안할 때 국내에서 스포츠 아카이브의 구축을 위한 기초연구는 시급한 것으로 판단된다.
따라서 본 연구는 국내의 스포츠 기록 관리 현실의 문제점을 파악하여 이를 해결하기 위한 기록 관리학의 제 이론의 적용 가능성을 탐색하고,선진 기록관리 국가의 스포츠 아카이브의 사례 분석을 통해 스포츠 아카이브 구축의 기초적인 문제를 검토하는데 목적이 있다.

The purpose of this study was to indicate practical method for building a national sports archives by considering quality and meaning of sports records and examining basis problem for establishment and management of national sports archives.
For this, a literature investigation has been executed with literatures related domestic and foreign records management and external materials of the advanced sport archives as the destination. A spot survey has been executed with domestic
and foreign sports organizations as the destination. Moreover, this study analyzed some cases of sports archives managed by oversea sports organization.
As a result of this study, there are some tasks related role, function, construction, and management of national sports archives.
First of all, national sport achieves (have to) perform its roles for a means of transmission of sport history, providing sports information, a culture place, and developing sports studies and originating sports knowledge as an assistant.
National sports achieves consist of the individual or organizational forms classified by the source, sports streams and events classified by themes, and the forms of video and pictures classified by the medium. This national sports achieves have clear missions, tasks, and authorities, and have to have a systematic connection structure as following its rank.
For operation of national sports achieves, it needs to prepare procuring special staffs and material resources, and also needs to develop a systematic and scientific method in collecting of records, selecting and evaluating, arranging and describing, and using.
However, in this study, there is priority task to embody basis problems for building a national sport archives. First, recognition of records in the field of national sport needs to be change as soon as possible. Since the government enacted a low related administration of public documentary in 1999, various activities were accomplished by spreading social recognition about records but recognition about value and importance of records did not change in the field of sports. Thus, recognition of sports records need to be change and we should focus on records management more to be political issue.
In fact, this study could not research details for efficient management of sports archives because this study just researched basis subject to build national sports archives. For the this fact, we will expect following study.
