    The Purpose of this study is to improve the efficiency of CRS in Korea.
    Development in information and telecommunication technologies(ITT) and CRS undoubtedly changed rapidly in both business practices and strategies in worldwide.
    Unexceptionably, the tourism industry has received several influences from these development. As for ITT and CRS in Korea, we had achieved a little progress.
    In order to study practical capacity in relation with CRS. this study has analyzed the historical side of business environment of worldwide CRS.
    Particularly, in order to analyze CRS in Korea, it attempted to use questionnaire and interview, expecially in the area of management structure and user's decisions.
    The result of study suggests the reform measure for improving user's benefit, reinforcement of ITT's ability, back-up service, and efficiency of operation.
    In conclusion, this study presents Korea's future progression ability of ITT and CRS.
