인권문서를 통해서 본 장애유아의 놀권리 보장에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Rights of Disabled Children based Human Rights Documents

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this article, I emphasize that play is ensured as rights to children with disability. I describe that how the Declaration of Human Rights explain the meaning of rights of children. As for the rights of play to children with special needs, their play environment that can accept special need be prepared and is including the rights that it is not excluded by all activity and can participate in diverse levels.
Even if the level that children with disabilities participates in a play is not same as children, they would share interaction with positive feedback participating in play activity, this can read one type of participation, too. This flexible perspective in 'participation' enable children with disabilities to have access to all play. And when you provide play environment of children with disabilities, I emphasized an offer of play environment to be suitable for life age.
In this article, the importance of rights of children with disabilities to play should be the emphasized and prepared systemically. Also the environment of play to children with disabilities must be prepared to the nature-intimacy.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 장애유아에게 놀이가 권리로서 보장되어야 함을 강조하면서, 국·내외 인권문서에서 밝히고 있는 유아의 놀권리가 장애유아에게 어떻게 적용되어야 하는지 해석하였다. 장애유아의 놀권리는 그들이 지닌 특별한 요구를 수용할 수 있는 놀이 환경이 준비되어야 하며, 모든 활동에 배제되지 않고 여러 수준으로 참여할 수 있는 권리를 포함하고 있다. 장애유아의 놀권리 보장을 위해서는 장애유아도 모든 놀이 활동이나 공간에서 일반유아와 마찬가지로 동등하게 참여시켜야 한다는 인식의 향상과 이를 바탕으로 하는 제도적 지원이 준비되어야 한다.
