    As an increasing interest in GIS, it has been used in many fields such as urban planning, environment, military.
    Due to the ubiquitous internet, the number of users are able to take advantage of GIS without the constraints of time and space.
    However, local government such as Cheonan city does not serve local spatial database properly to user. Therefore, this research proposed the methodologies that can be served effectively local spatial database by combining internet and GIS.
    To achieve the research purpose, open APIs of Google Earth and mashup techniques were used.
