The samle, Y_1Ba_2Cu_3O_7-X has been prepared by the method of solid-state reaction. It was sintered at 940℃ for 24hours and annealed at 500℃ for 10 hours in the air atmosphere respectively. The orthorhombic structure was identified via using XRD. The criticl temperature was found 87K with the superconducting transition width 4K measuring the electrical resistivity.
