해체주의 표현특성을 고려한 상업공간 실내설계 연구 = (The) study on commercial space of interior design considering on Characteristic of De-constructivism Expression

국문 초록 (Abstract)

실내디자인의 개념이 장식이라는 단순개념에서 벗어나 실내환경을 창출하는 실내건축으로의 의식변화에 따라, 실내공간구성을 담당하는 실내디자이너는 건축사와 건축술을 비롯한 제반이론을 숙지해야하며, 현대건축 디자인의 흐름에 대해서도 민감하게 대처해야할 필요성이 제고되고 있다.
본 연구는 이와같은 취지에서 최근 건축공간에 급속하게 확산되고 있는 해체주의적 경향의 공간구성기법과 특징을 이해하고, 나아가서 실내디자인에 적용 가능성을 구체적으로 살펴보고자 한다. 이러한 논문은 한국적 상황에서 다소 시논적 성격이 있으나, 실내디자인 분야에 시대감각에 뒤지지 않는 새로운 감각을 부여하고 공간구성 개념의 폭을 넓혀 줄 수 있을 것이다.
우선, 이론적 배경으로서 해체주의 개념, 형성배경 및 전개과정에 관하여 고찰한다. 그리고 해체주의의 표현특성을 사례를 통해 개념적 특성과 조형적 특성으로 나누어 분석하였으며, 이에 나타나는 표현특성을 토대로 실제공간에 적용하여 디자인해 보도록 하였다.
본 연구는 이론적 고찰을 통해 해체주의의 기본적인 개념들을 이해하고, 이를 바탕으로 실제공간을 설계 해봄으로써, 해체주의의 표현특성이 디자인에 어떻게 적용되었는지 살펴보았다.
해체적 디자인의 표현특성은 인간과 사회의 물질적, 정신적 의미를 내포하고 직접적으로 이를 형태와 구성으로 표현하려는 태도에 있다. 즉 해체적 공간은 인간의 행위 체계와 인간의 환경을 구성하는 건축구성의 본질에 대한 의문으로부터 출발함으로써, 기존의 체계화된 공간구성의 질서와 형태 이미지의 관계성을 다의적(多意的)으로 단편화(短片化)하거나 변형, 왜곡하여 표현한다. 공간은 인간적 삶의 영위와, 사회적, 개인적 행위들이 서로 연결되거나 중첩화되어 나타나는 복합적 의미를 가진다.
이론적 고찰과 작품사례를 통해 얻어진 내용을 정리하면 다음과 같다.
1.개념적 특성
전통적인 양식과 공간의 개념에 반대하여, 새로운 형태의 표현을 위해 실내공간의 구성요소가 기능과의 대응을 벗어나 불확정적이며 의미 없는 형태를 만들어 내고 있다. 작가는 기존의 것이 아닌 새로운 공간개념을 표현하기 위해 스스로 비판하며 단편적이고 추상적인 구성요소와 해체적인 기법을 사용하여 유클리드 기하학적 균형의 원리를 벗어난 고도로 추상화된 파괴적이며 동적인 공간을 표현하고자 한다.
2.조형적 특성
기존의 양식을 해체하려는 디자인 전략은 구성요소들의 불확정적 기능의 표현으로 나타난다. 움직일 수 있는 벽체와 3차원의 곡면 등에 의해 공간의 구성요소에 대한 개념을 새롭게 바꾸려하였다. 구조와 설비를 노출하고 마감되지 않은 듯한 거칠고 미완성된 재료를 사용하며 이질적인 재료들을 중첩시켜 실내공간 내에 부조화를 연출한다.
기울어진 벽면과 사선의 천장 구조물, 부유하는 듯한 오브제 등은 불안정하며 파괴적인 공간 형태를 구성한다. 스틸의 선형요소를 이용한 디자인은 기능을 넘어선 기계관능주의를 표출한다. 특히 막구조의 외피 안에서 그대로 노출된 구조와 설비 및 단편적인 형태로 추상적으로 표현된 구성요소들은 서로 융합되지 않은 부조화를 보여준다.
이러한 이론적 고찰을 바탕으로, 상업공간을 기본계획을 진행한바, 다음과 같은 결론을 돌출한다.
1.비뚤어진 사각형의 공간과 사선을 이용하여 구획한 조닝은 동선체계의 통제와 인지를 용이하게 해준다.
2.입면은 각공간의 기능에 따라 다양한 높이와 형태의 벽면으로 계획되며, 비정형의 사선을 도입한 파티션과 기울어진 벽면, 경사진 벽체등이 탈중역성을 보여주며 역동적인 공간을 만든다.
3.천장계획에서는 개방적인 구조체의 노출로 열린 공간을 추구한다. 천장은 자유로운 사선과 곡선의 도입으로 동적인 분위기를 연출한다.
4.요소계획에서도 공간계획과의 연계를 위하여 해체주의 기법을 사용하였다. 색채계획은 전체적으로 백색톤으로 하고, 부분적으로 빨간색을 사용한다. 원색의 도입으로 파괴적이며 자극적인 공간의 분위기에 일조하였다. 재료는 금속과 유리, 목재등 다양한 마감재를 사용하였다.
이상 상업공간의 실내설계를 통해, 해체주의가 실내공간에 도입됨으로써 각기 풍부한 의미를 가진 공간과 새로운 공간을 지향함을 알았고, 해체주의의 표현특성에 대한 명확한 정립과 더불어, 앞으로 전개되어질 해체주의의 다양한 경향에 대한 다각적인 연구가 이루어지길 기대한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The interior designers need to know full knowledge about construction history and construction method with different opinions of therory according to the change of awareness of interior design which is created interior-environment escaping from a simple concept that the concept of interior design is a decoration.
This study tries to understand space construction technique to the trend of De-constructivism which is spreading rapidly in constructive space with this kind of view, and examine the possibility of application to the interior design in advance. This is of study could be dispute more or less on situations in Korea, but it can wide space construction concept and give a new sence that isn't getting behind in the interior design field.
First, this study will examine about the concept of the De-constructivism, the background of formation, and the process of deveiopment on a theoretical background. And it makes the analysis on De-constructivism of characteristic expression through the examples with dividing a conceptual characteristic and formative art moreover, it tries to design for applying on a real-space with caring characteristic expression on this.
This study understood the basic concepts of De-constructivism through the theoretical consideration and examined that how can the Characteristic expression applied on a design to design it on a real-space according to this.
The characteristic expression on De-construction design contains human-being and the physical, mental meaning of a society and it tries to express for its firm and composition directly. That's the transformable and perversive expression or simplification of relations on an image of forms and orders to the diverse meanings on existing space construction which is organized before because of beginning the question about the basic of construction composing which De-construction space consists of human behavior system and human enviroment. Space have the composite meaning due to connecting or being repeated each other with the management of human living and social, personal behavior.
If we put the contents through the theoretical examination and the example of the piece of work in order, like below.
1.Conceptual characteristic
Interior space composion factors making the meaningless and uncertain form escaping form construction with the function to express new form against the traditional mode and spatial concept. An architect criticizes by himself for expressing new spatial concept which wasn't existed before, and tries to express abstract highly destructive and active space without Euclidian geometry principle of blance using the simplistic, abstract formative elements and De-constructive technique.
2.Formative characteristic
The design strategy to break up the existing form appers as the expression of uncertain function on formative element. It tries to change the concept about the spatial formative elements according to movable wall and 3dimensional cuved surface, etc. It exposes the structure and equipment and uses the rough and incomplete materials unlike finishing. Also it produces in inharmoniousness in an interior-space to overlap the different materials.
Slant wall and slant of ceiling construction object, float like object etc. consists of unstable and destructive spatail form. The design using the fan shaping elements of steel expresses instrument responsibility above functions. Especially, the elements with expressing in abstract as its simplistic form and equipment of itself in exposed surface of construction shoes inharmoniousness, which isn't, united each other.
I have a construction like below, due to advancing commercial space of the basic plan on this theoretical consideration.
1.The space of the slant square and divided zoning using a slant line make the control of circulation and acknowledgement easy.
2.Elevation is planned as different height and formal wall according to the functions of each spaces, and makes active space showing decentralize and partition using undecided slant line, slant wall.
3.It persuese open-space as the exposure of openned struture in the ceiling project. The ceiling produces the active mode with using free slant and curved line.
4.Besides the element-project uses the technique of De-constructivism for connecting to space-project. Color-project uses, whole white-tone and red color partially. The using of a primary color make it destructive and stimulative spatial mode. Different finishing in material such as metal, glass, wood were used.
I know that we intend the space having each various meaning and new space using De-constructivism to interior-space through the interior-design of commercial space, and expect that clear definition on the characteristic expression of De-constructivism and also the various studies about different trend on De-constructivism in the future.
