本 硏究는 잣나무(Pinus koraiensis) 種子의 成熟胚를 G.D. 基本培地에 여러가지 生長調節物質을 添加한 서로 다른 4가지 培地에 移植하여 callus를 誘起시켜, 120日 동안 生長한 callus에 對하여 Peroxidase' 와 Esterase의 同位酵素變異를 澱粉 gel 電氣泳動方法으로 調査하였던바 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다.
1. 同位酵素變異는 Peroxidase' 와 Esterase 두 酵素 다같이 同一培地內 callus 間에는 變異가 없었으나 서로 다른 培地間 callus에서는 變異를 나타내었다.
2. Peroxidase 同位酵素의 밴드 數는 M3 과 M4 培地에서 보다 M1과 M2 培地에서 더욱 出現되었고 Esterase의 境遇는 M1 培地에서 M2, M3, M4 培地보다 더욱 많이 出現되었다.
3. 培地別로 banding pattern의 差異를 나타낸 것은 여러 가지 生長調節物質들이 callus 組織에 生理遺傳學的으로 作用하였기 때문이라 推定할 수가 있었다.

Present studies were attempted to observe the variations in isozymes of callus using the embryo of Pinus koraiensis as material and using G.D. as basal medium.
Effect of four types of media containing growth regulators on peroxidase and esterase isozyme was studied by using callus tissues cultured for 120 days and induced by means of embryo culture of Pinus koraiensis. Four types of media were containing G.D. basal medium supplemented with 0.1ppm NAA(M1), 0.1ppm NAA and 0.1ppm 2,4D(M2), 0.1ppm 2,4D and 0.1ppm BAP(M3) and 0.1ppm 2,4D and 0.1ppm kinetin(M4). The variations of peroxidase and esterase were studied by starch gel electrophoresis.
The active and inactive patterns were found at each band of peroxidase isozyme and esterase isozyme. The results of these experiments were summarized as follows:
1. The banding patterns of peroxidase and esterase were similar to one another among different calli cultured with the same media, but were varied in different media.
2. The number of bands of peroxidase was fewer in M3 and M4 than in M1 and M2, and that of esterase was fewer in M2, M3 and M4 than in M1.
3. It could be assumed that the difference in banding patterns at each medium was caused by various growth regulators which inflicted genetical as well as physiological effects upon callus tissues.
