대학과 기업의 연계 : web을 이용한 개념적 모델

The circumstance of the technology transfer between universities and industry in our country lags behind other developed countries in many respects. The extent of research fund and the number of professionals and supporting persons are not same among universities. Also the goal of KTT(Knowledge and Technology Transfer) activity of engaged universities is very different The objective of this paper is to discuss the problem about the linkage between universities and business sectors and to find the conceptual framework using web on which activity is more relevant among KTT activities. for this purpose, we investigate the prior research about university-business sectors KTT activity and the impacts on university-business linkage and consulting at academics. A main finding is that various channels of KTT(patenting, licensing, spin-offs) is considered at university and the intermediating activities are needed in case of uncodified or tacit knowledge which is transferred from university to industries. Also faculties' engagement is to be fully understood within university and the extent of the KTT performance depends heavily on the size of the fund, the orientation, the attitude of university research.
