The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of aerobic exercise on artery blood flow velocity resistance in obesity middle women. Twenty middle aged womens were studied: experimental group(10) control group(10). Age range is 30-40. Blood flow velocity resistance and artery stricture ratio of the subjects were measured at rest during exercise duration. This data was analyzed by one-way ANOVA and repeats ANOVA between each groups and prescriptive duration. The conclusion of the study was as follows: 1. MBV were not significant different during exercise prescriptive duration. Control group were not significant different during each duration. Relative effects for repeated ANOVA were not significant different between each group and prescriptive duration. 2. BRI ratio at rest in experimental group during each duration were significantly(p<.041) reduced by each duration. However, control group were not significant different during each duration. Relative effects for repeated ANOVA were not significant different between each group and prescriptive duration. 3. ASI ratio at rest in experimental group during each duration were significantly(p<.019) reduced by each duration. However, control group were not significant different during each duration. Relative effects for repeated ANOVA were not significant different between each group and prescriptive duration. In summary, when aerobic dancing is to do with exercise of the sane and intensity, duration, Cardiovascular system i1i obesity womens considered likely promote to functional improvement with variation on blood flow velocity resistence and artery stricture ratio.
