교육대학생의 식이운동관리시스템 활용에 따른 신체구성 및 체력변화 = Changes of Physical Fitness on Nutrition and Exercise Management System in Students of Education College

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

[Introduction] The purpose of this study was to test change of body composition and physical fitness to use in Nutrition and Exercise Management System(NEMS) of students in university of education. [Method] 8weeks exercise program was conducted with NEMS group(n=49) and non NEMS group(n=101). Differences between pre and post test for body composition and physical fitness. Mean and standard deviation were calculated and two-way ANOVA with repeated measure were calculating. [Result] Percent body fat(p<.05) in body composition and muscluar strength(p<.01), muscluar endurance(p<.001), flexibility(p<.01), cardiorespiratory endurance(p<.05), and Agility(p<.05) showed significant interaction effect. [Conclusion] Without reference to use of Nutrition and Exercise Management System(NEMS), positive change of particular fitness can`t play a key role in unstructured physical activity, therefore, it is in need of detail and structured exercise of physical fitness components each depending on specific principle.
