      본 연구는 관계적 리더십을 양자관계를 넘어 다자관계로 확장하여 연구해야 한다는 선행 연구들의 제언에 따라 관계적 리더십과 사회적 네트워크 내 구조적 위치가 팀 구성원의 성과에 어떻게 관련되는지를 살펴보았다. 국내 12개 기업의 팀 구성원들을 대상으로 분석한 결과, 리더-구성원 교환관계(LMX), 비공식 리더-구성원 친교관계(ILMX), 네트워크 중심성(network centrality)은 팀 구성원들의 맥락적 성과에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 주었으나, 팀 구성원들의 업무성과에는 네트워크 중심성만이 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 네트워크 중심성과 관계적 리더십 유형들 간의 상호작용효과를 분석한 결과, 구성원과 비공식 리더와의 관계는 그 구성원의 네트워크 중심성과 업무성과 간의 관계에 정(+)의 조절효과를 가지며, 구성원과 공식 리더와의 관계는 그 구성원의 네트워크 중심성과 맥락적 성과 간의 관계에 부(-)의 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.
