근대문화유산의 보존,관리와 활용

국문 초록 (Abstract)

우리는 문화강국을 자처하고는 있지만 실제로 ‘한국’ 하연 떠올릴 수 있는 문화의 실제 모습은 무엇인가. 세계에 자랑할 만한 예술인들이 적지 않고 김치 같은 독창적인 문화를 가지고 있는 만큼 기업과 문화가 손을 잡는다면 ‘문화의 국부화(國富化)’가 어려운 과제만은 아니다. 역사적 사실(Historical reality) 지닌 실체로서 역사성이나 의미성. 공공성을 지녔다면 치정을 통한 보존·관리의 전향적인 의식변화가 필요하며 동시에 근대문화유산을 문화시설과 관광자원으로서 문화인프라로 파악하는 전항적인 의식변화가 요망된다. 무형문화재에 대한 관광에 있어 민속마을로 지정된 지역의 경제성보다는 사회 문화적 문제가 더욱 심각하다. 이러한 문제를 해결해보고자 하는 움직임으로 민속촌 또는 야외박물관 형식의 모항문화(model culture), 무대화된 허위 민속문화(staged phony-folk culture), 관광무대 (tourist stage), 전시지역(front region)의 개념이 도입되고 있다. 이러한 개념들은 관광객과 주민 사이에 일정한 공간적 거리를 설정함으로써 주민들의 사생활이 침해받지 않을 뿐만 아니라 죽어 가는 전통을 보존하고 관광객의 행동반경도 자유롭게 한다는 평가를 받고 있다. 또한 근대문학현장의 보존, 관리와 활용이 필요하다. 소설[메밀꽃 필 무렵]의 현장인 강원도 봉평은 한 작가의 명작의 고향과 생가가 자취 없이 사라진 전형적인 현장이다. 현재 작고문인이 작품을 남겼던 ‘창작의 산실’로 온전히 남은 곳은 손으로 꼽을 정도다. 생가 지정 못지않게 작품의 무대가 되었던 곳을 찾아 안내판을 세우거나 기념관을 만드는 것도 중요하다. 우리의 문화유산. 전통문화는 오랜 역사 속에서 많은 재난을 견디어 오늘에 이르고 있다. 그러므로 우리의 전통문화, 문화유산을 알고 찾고 가꾸는 일은 곧 나라 사랑의 근본이 되며 겨레사랑의 바탕이 된다. 문화유산은 그 자체로 우리의 삶을 윤택하게 해 줌과 동시에 새로운 문화를 태동시키는 공간이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Although we pretend to cultural powerhouse but actually we can`t remind practical culture when we think of Korea. If enterprises go hand in hand with culture, it`s not difficult problem to be cultural powerhouse. Because Korea has the proud artist and creative culture as Kim-chi, If something has historicity and public, we should change recognition of cultural heritage through designation. It seemed that a social-cultural problem is serious than an economic problem about region which is designated as folk village. We introduced concept like model culture, staged phony-folk culture, tourist stage and front region to solve such problem. Such concepts are evaluated to not only protect the natives`s private life but also preserve dying tradition. Also we need preservation, administration and utilization of modern literature field. Gang won Do Bong Pyong, background of novel ``In the buckwheat flower-blossom time`` is a typical field that disappeared his hometown and the house of his birth, we can count on the fingers of one hand the place that survived wholly as locality of creation. It is important to find stage of literary works and put up the guideboard or build memorial hail. Our cultural heritage, traditional culture has stood much calamity in history. Therefore it is based on love nation to take care of our cultural heritage and traditional culture. The cultural heritage give us abundant life and new culture at the same time.
