한국현대문학에 나타난 타자의 이마골로기 연구 -외국인 노동자, 혼혈인을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 한국문학 작품중 타자를 대상으로 한 작품들을 통해 그들에 대한 이마골로기를 분석하는 것이었다. 즉, 한국문학에서 타자들(외국인 노동자, 혼혈인)이 어떻게 인식되고, 분류되어 표상되고 있는가를 살펴보았다.
이를 위해 연구자는 크게 3부분으로 연구를 진행했다. 첫 번째는 외국인 노동자에 연구, 둘째는 결혼이민자에 대한 연구, 셋째는 혼혈인에 대한 연구를 진행했다. 이들 연구를 통해 연구자는 한국 사회의 폐쇄성에 대한 반성적 성찰을 도출할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 본격적인 다인종 · 다문화시대의 초입에 들어선 우리 사회의 난제에 대한 올바른 해결 방안의 단초를 마련할 수 있었다.

구체적인 연구 내용은 다음과 같다.

1) 한국문학 작품중 타자(이주 노동자, 결혼 이민자, 혼혈인)을 다룬 주요 텍스트 선정 및 비평
한국 현대문학 작품중 탈경계에 따른 타자들을 형상화한 주요 문학작품을 선정하고, 그 작품들에 대한 비평을 이주노동자, 결혼 이민자, 혼혈인 으로 구분하여 실시하였다.

2) 한국 현대문학에 나타난 타자의 이마골로기 연구를 위한 논문 작성
1차 수집, 선정된 텍스트를 대상으로 연구 논문 작성을 시도했다. 논문의 구체적인 주제는 다음과 같다.

1) 한국문학에 나타난 외국인 노동자의 재현양상 연구

2) 한국 문학의 결혼이민자 구성방식 연구

3) 한국문학에 나타난 혼혈인 이미지 연구

이상의 연구를 통해 연구자는 한국 문학은 아직도 타자들(외국인 노동자, 혼혈인)을 재현하는 데 있어 '주체/타자'라는 이분법적 인식에서 벗어나지 못하고 있음을 살필 수 있었다. 탈경계에 따른 타자들은 주체(우리)의 상처를 치유하는 대상으로 재현하거나 , 주체구성(주체성 확립을 위한 대상)의 도구, 그도 아니면 타자차별 의식의 고발하기 위한 대상으로 활용되고 있다. 그런데 이러한 재현은 결국 사회적 소수자(이주 노동자, 결혼 이민자, 혼혈인)들이 여전히 타자화 될 수 밖에 없다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다.

This research is Korean literature works for analyzed of Other.
