      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      The analysis method of carboxamides herbicides using on-line SPE(solid phase extraction)-HPLC(high performance liquid chromatography) system was developed to improve selectivity and detection limit.
      The recoveries of nine carboxamides herbicides on six various adsorbents were examined. Band broadening which appeared with common on-line system was reduced by developing on-line SPE-HPLC system which permits the preconcentration of analytes and HPLC processing continuously with switching valve. The limit of detection could be lowered since all amounts of preconcentrated analytes were injected directly to HPLC system. XAD-2 was found to be the most efficient adsorbent for carboxamides. However, C18 was proved better precolumn than XAD-2 considering band broadening and calibration data. When C18 was used as a precolumn the recoveries of analytes were higher than 95% and the detection limit of 0.5 ppt was obtained for all compounds.
