북아프리카 지역의 한국전자정부 수출 촉진 방안

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

According to the newly presented 2010 Electronic Government Evaluation of UN DESA (United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs), Korea received top ranking for the electronic government among 192 members. Taking first place for the electronic government brought significant effect to Korea in elevating the image of powerful country of IT industry. Given the fact, this study suggests methods to promote the export of Korean electronic government solution mainly to North African region with purposes of maintaining the dominant position in the global electronic government market and providing basic data that play an important role in exporting IT technology to North African countries. To vitalize export of the electronic government to that area, first, proper strategies customized for the target area should be developed. Second, experience in electronic government should be handed down well. Third, it should be strategically reinforced along with network establishment project. Fourth, governmental cooperation should be implemented such as ODA, inter-governmental MOU agreement, IT cooperation commission, expert meetings, etc. For the last, service should be supported to be carried out through various media including smart phone, as well as customized service for individual should be developed to shun uniform service.
