    This study was conducted with the aim of presenting the direction of linkage with spatial information after analyzing the characteristics of construction information in order to implement digital national land information. The characteristics of construction information were largely divided into four categories: diversity, reliability, complexity, and recycling through theoretical background, case study, and analy안양sis of construction information data status. Accordingly, it was suggested to establish an integrated information system for the life cycle of construction information, develop construction information-space information linkage technology, and expand the use of attribute information linkage. In addition, the required technology was presented accordingly. Based on this, it is expected that the construction information demand technology necessary for spatial information will be further specified, and digital national land information will be implemented through platform construction and verification.
