평생교육에서의 온정적 합리주의 리더십의 측정도구 개발 연구 = A Study of the Development of Measurement Scale for the Leadership of Compassionate Rationalism in Lifelong Education

The purpose of the study was to develop the Compassionate Rationalism Leadership Questionnaire (CRLQ) as a measurement scale for the leadership of Compassionate Rationalism in lifelong education. As the method for the study, with reference to the related literature review and pertinent previous study the FGI with the specialists were done to collect measurement variables and questionnaire items for the preliminary survey. Based on the result of the preliminary survey, 126 items were selected with which the main survey was conducted. The exploratory factor analysis demonstrated that the internal consistent reliability of CRLQ was found to be very high and that 4 factor structures in both Rationalism and Compassionism were drawn, respectively. In order to validate the factor structure drawn from the result of the exploratory factor analysis, the confirmatory factor analysis with the data collected from 292 subjects was done to confirm that the level of fit indices of CRLQ model was acceptable and supported the validity of the 8 factor structure and the hierarchical model. To conclude, CRLQ was composed of 2 latent variables, that is, Rationalism that was composed of 4 sub-variables which were rational contextual judgement, strategic prediction, logical problem solving, and optimized control management, and Compassionism with 4 sub-variables of trust-based empowerment, empathic consideration, embracing humility, and altruistic collaboration. Also, the CRLQ was finalized with 55 items, which was confirmed to be validated and reliable.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 평생교육에서의 온정적 합리주의 리더십의 측정도구(Compassionate Rationalism Leadership Questionnaire: CRLQ)를 개발하는 것이었다. 연구방법으로서 온정적 합리주의 리더십과 관련된 문헌과 선행연구를 바탕으로 전문가 FGI를 실시하여 측정요인과 문항을 개발한 후, 예비조사를 실시하여 분석한 결과 126문항을 선정하였으며, 예비조사 문항을 수정·보완하여 본조사를 실시하였다. 탐색적 요인분석 결과, CRLQ는 높은 내적일치 신뢰도를 보였고, 합리주의 리더십 4개, 온정주의 리더십 4개의 요인구조를 나타내었다. 탐색적 요인분석 결과를 통해 얻어진 요인구조의 타당성을 확인하기 위해 292명으로부터 수집한 자료를 이용하여 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, CRLQ 모형의 부합지수에서 수용가능한 수준의 적합도를 나타내어 8개로 구성된 요인구조와 위계모형에서 타당성이 지지되었다. 결론적으로 온정적 합리주의 리더십 측정도구는 합리주의 리더십 차원에서 이성적 상황판단, 전략적 예측, 논리적 문제해결, 최적화 통제관리 등 4개 하위요인으로 구성되었고, 온정주의 리더십 차원에서는 신뢰기반 임파워링, 공감적 배려, 포용적 겸손, 이타적 협력 등 4개 하위요인으로 최종 55개 문항으로 구성되었다.
