In 2011, Our country forms the victim support system goes there is to a process of legal support and criminal justice system. The time where the police comes out actively in victim protection and transformation of victimization recognition was not old so. The police is recognizing a victim protective clothing importance but to executes a various branch system and there is to a process which investigates how to operate an established of victim protective measure and relation system. The victim support countermeasure of police derived from the concept of modern service police that occupied the critical part of police service. The victim support of police for a social order maintenance from is the field must be magnified because the position of the victim changes, the victim protective clothing importance becomes larger according to necessity of crime prevention. The other side various victim support system of police there is a many problem. Those are exclusive responsibility station absence, excess and the professionalization tribe of business, individual system application, the plan absence which is unified, the program which is duplicated, the crime damage confrontation tribe, the specialist tribe and the public information tribe. Consequently, visualized the system which integrates the program which is various for an actual victim support. The integrated victim support system is cooperative model of police, community group, private expert, local self-governing group and criminal justice system. The model in police center most is suitable for a police action and a victim support that is One-Stop Support center. This model will be able to connect the community group, the private expert, type the official discipline tube, the police practical team. In addition, the necessity of exclusive responsibility station establishment raised its head respects a national network formation. To application plan of this model recognition conversion, public relation, law and financial support magnification of the victim and the member, education and crime information system of the police exclusive responsibility team the application is necessary. The integrated victim support system model in police center with the fact that will contribute in victim support policy. Those are community connection, information sharing, expansion of victim support recognition, the victim volunteer system preparation which is active. Further, With the private organization and the community the cooperation importance is becomes the opportunity which recognizes the thing for the plan which is actual of protects the victim initially, plans a safety, closes a second offense crime, prevention of secondary and 3 victimization.
