산업단지 개발사업 후보지 선정 프로세스에 관한 연구 : 위계적 평가 모형을 중심으로 = A Study on Developing Industry Complex : Focusing on Hierarchical Evaluation Model

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The number of industrial complexes in Korea exceeded 1,000. Consequently, the demand on the way of rational and systematic industrial site selection is increasing.
Many existing industrial complex selections were influenced by the political intention of local governments. It could prohibit rigid evaluation on the feasibility of industrial complex.
In this study, We suggest 2 stage evaluation model to rationalize the selection process of location proposed site for industrial complex.
First stage is the exclusion evaluation. The purpose of first step is to block the external pressure and to exclude some location proposed sites with poor feasibility.
Second stage is the evaluation of optimal investment alternatives. We used AHP to assure the objectivity of second step.
We hope that this hierarchical evaluation model will contribute to build more systematic and rational evaluation model for profit-making industrial complex selection and to derive more related studies.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

전국의 산업단지가 1,000개를 넘어서면서부터, 합리적이고 체계적인 산업입지 선정에 대한요구가 증대되고 있다. 기존 산업단지 지정 과정을 살펴보면, 대부분 지방자치단체의 정치적 목적에 의해 시작된 경우가 많아서 사전적으로 엄격한 사업성 검토가 힘들었다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 본연구에서는 산업단지 개발사업 후보지 선정과정의 합리화를 목적으로 2단계 평가모형을 제시하고자 한다. 1단계는 배제평가로서 불필요한 외압을 차단하고 사업성이 현격히 떨어지는 대안을 사전적으로 제외시키는 것이 목적이다. 2단계는 최적 투자대안 평가로, 객관성 담보를 위해 전문가AHP 과정을 통해 최적대안을 도출하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이러한 위계적 평가모형을 통해 보다체계적이고 합리적인 산업단기 개발사업 후보지 평가가 가능할 것으로 예상되며, 본 연구를 기초로 해서 많은 연구가 파생될 수 있으리라 판단된다.
