대학의 연구성과에 영향을 미치는 사립대학 재정변인 탐색

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this article is to analyze the influencing relationship between the finance variables and research performance in private universities. To achieve the research purpose, latent growth curve model were adopted. The Information Service of Higher Education(AcademyInfo) data were used for the analysis from 2010 to 2012. Based on the above analysis, the conclusions of the study are as follows:
It was identified that it is necessary to increase the investment on the school research funds per 1 full-time professor to improve the research performance as it was indicated in precedent studies. As well as the school research funds per 1 full-time professor, the education expense per 1 student was also identified to be a variable that contributes to the research performance, and it was verified that the laboratory fee per 1 student is a variable of great influence as a variable that contributes to the total research funds per 1 full-time professor. This indicates that research and learning of students is not irrelevant to the research activity of professors, and proves that the effect and outcome can be improved when increased research funds for the teaching staff and education expense per 1 student and expense on the laboratory fee are realized at the same time.
