고령화사회에 대응하는 주택과 복지시설의 연계정비에 관한 연구 : 연계정비의 이론전개와 사례분석 = A Study on Cooperating Development and Planning of Dwelling and Communal Facility toward Aging Society

Traditional great family system has been changing to nuclear family system by industrialization and urbanization. And more, our country will enter into Aging society at soon by extention of life. Beginning of Aging society mean not only increasing of population of The elderly but also increasing of industry for The elderly with housing and welfare service and so on. In case of all Western which had entered into "Aging society" at early time, they have compositely been preparing for problems of The elderly not only in architecture but also in urban planning, medical field, welfare field and so on. But it is only three Generation Sharing Apartment, in case of Korea, that has only been sujested and providing as a Housing Policy for The elderly,. So it is necessary to provide more various kind of residences for The elderly in order to become residence selectively. This study consist of two part, theory of complexity and case studies of Japan. It is the reason for case studies of Japan that Japan will enter into "Aged society" soon and is very similar with Korea in social. Grasping a situation of complexity of Housing and Facilities for The elderly in Japan, we should suggest a desirable complex building design for The elderly and find another research items.
