숲해설가의 직무 경험에 관한 질적 연구|RISS 상세보기

국문 초록 (Abstract)

그간 숲해설가 연구는 전체 숲해설가의 10%에 해당하는 국가 산림관련 직무교육 참가자를 대상으로 한 연구가 대부분이었다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 현재 국가 일자리사업 밖에서 활동하고 있는 숲해설가들의 직무 경험을 분석하여 숲해설가를 위한 실질적인 제도 수립 및 운영을 위한 개선방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이를위해 경력 7년의 전업 숲해설가 세 명과 비구조화된 심층면담을 하였고, 질적 연구의 근거이론 접근방법에 따라 자료를 분석하였다. 원자료를 분석한 결과 203개의 개념, 26개의 하위범주와 9개의 범주(숲해설가 소양, 자연을 닮은 삶, 숲해설가의 성장, 환경운동을 보는 시각, 현재의 기반, 제도의 이면, 해설가의 위기, 제 자리 찾기)가 구성되었다. 핵심범주는 ‘심해지는 숲해설가 경쟁 여건 속에서 살아남기’로 나타났다. 경쟁의 원인은 숲해설가인증제도의 시행과 그로 인한 숲해설가의 증가, 경쟁의 심화와 그에 따른 전문성 요구 증가, 기부와 봉사에서 취업과 수입 중심으로 숲해설 활동의 개념변화가 나타났고, 숲해설가가 삶을 재구성하기 위해 택한 살아남기 전략은 지평 넓히기, 지평 구축하기, 지평 이동하기, 지평 이용하기로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Until now, most study about forest interpreters was studied participants in job training related national forest who are only 10% of the total forest interpreters. Therefore, the object of this study is to analyze hands-on experiences of forest interpreters who do not take part in national sponsored employment project and try to help practical assistance to the institution of forest interpreters. So, this study was researched through unstructured deep interviewwith three forest interpreters who has had 7 years into their careers and analyzed their datawith grounded theory of qualitative research. Based on the analysis of the raw data, it included 203 concepts, 9 categories, and 26 sub-categories(forest interpreter knowledge, natural resembling life, growth forest interpreter, vision of the environment movement, reverse side of system, crisis of forest interpreter, find a place). The main idea is shown as ‘survive in the competitive conditions of forest interpreting’. The cause of competition is the beginning of forest interpreters accrediting system, increasing numbers of forest interpreters based on accrediting system and the more profesional, the more competitional. Also concept of forest interpretation activity changed donations and service to employment and income. It is the broaden horizons, horizons to build, move horizons and horizons were use that survival strategy was chosen by forest interpreters to reconstruct their life.
