The purpose of this thesis is to point out the differences between the source text of Hyogyeongeonhae(target text) and the original Hyogyeong. There are various kinds of Hyogyeongs and their commentaries, for instance Gomun-Hyogyeong (an archaic writing), Geummun-Hyogyeong, Hyogyeongdaeeui, Eoju-Hyogyeong, Hyogyeong-juhae, Hyogyeong-guhae, Choryeo-hyogyeong, Hyogyeongjuso and the like.
It is necessary to linguistic and transcritical analysis on Hyogyeong-eonhae as the version in itself.
Hyogyeongs are different from contents and orders of each chapter one another. Through the comparison of Hyogyeongs some of differences are omission, change, addition of content. The title of Ryuseongryong's epilogue(Hyogyeongdaeeuibal) is not appropriate. It is appropriate HyogyeongeonhaebaI(or HyogyeongdaeeuieonhaebaD rather than Hyogyeongdaeeuibal.
There are 35 inserted notes in Hyogyeongeonhae. Inserted notes are person's name, book name and the meaning of Chinese characters, supplementary explanation of contents. Many inserted notes cited the Hyogyeongs commentaries. It seems as literal trans lation of those books.
