놀이치료 수퍼바이지의 효과적인 수퍼비전 행동 문항개발 예비연구 = A Preliminary Study of the Effective Supervision Behavior List for Play Therapy Supervisee

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purposes of this study were: 1) to investigate the effective supervision behavior of play therapy supervisee in Korea and 2) to introduce what constitutes effective supervisee behavior within the context of supervision. This study is a preliminary attempt for the development of the effective supervision behavior scale. To develop the effective supervision behavior list, the in-depth interview was carried our for 7 supervisors and 13 supervisees answering the following research questions, How does she use supervision well? or How do you use supervision well?. The data was qualitatively analyzed. The major findings of this study were that the effective supervision behaviors were categorized into 10 sub-variables. They were named as follows: Exhibits Openness, Demonstrates positiveness, Complies with supervisor`s advises, Demonstrates readiness, Responsibility for the case, Demonstrates self-insight, Attitude to supervisor, Affirmative peculiarity, Structure for supervision, Administrative business. But administrative business variable is ruled out. Based on the research results, the effective supervision behavior list is presented.
