This study was based upon A contextual set of pattern`, written by Jun, Kyung-Soo(1994) as the solution of conceptualism of oriental martial art culture, and to change the thoughts of the prioritizing outer layer of the martial arts by attempting to make the structure of outer layer, middle and inside of the martial arts. Based on these the results are shown below. Frist of all, the problem with current sports martial art is that they concentrate mainly on sparing. Due to the effect, it can not bring out the uniqueness of the martial art and also changes, not just the outer layer but the middle and the inside as well. Secondly, contradicted theory, and technique should be controled and valuated by professional martial art valuing organization. The organization should be able to organize the disordered martial arts, and theory and practical technique of each martial. Also, the organization should act in a role of administrative support of each martial arts. Lastly, in order for oriental martial art to have proper recognition in western society, we need to build the foundation that can harmonize the cultures in the world. For oriental martial art culture to gain solid ground in the world culture that is pluralistic, we need more then just a sports for a competition. Martial art should be organized in to forms such as training part of outer layer, demonstrational, sparring which is actual fighting(modern days, it is sports martial arts), and etc. Also we have to blend in with the influences that are related inside a multi-culture, and bring it in to the outer layer.
