This research facility is based on seniors receiving long term home care services in Dae gu, Kyung buk region to find out impacts or influences about elder reusing those services. The servey is based on 252 elderly people questioning housekeeping service, emotional service, health care services, daily life, service satisfaction and user confidence. Domestic services satisfaction for elderly people were high, Cleanliness was showed highest score among those categories. The religious characteristic is more, the health concern was higher, domestic satisfaction with housekeeping services were high and satisfaction levels varied depending on the degree of health. Emotional service showed moderate satisfaction, By age, and whether they have religion, the health concern was higher, emotional service was satisfied. Satisfaction with health care services was high. The higher the monthly income, the higher interest in health, health care satisfaction were high and long-term care facilities home health users had a special interest. Higher monthly income, higher interest and concern on health, life satisfaction was higher. Higher monthly income, higher interest and concern on health, the longer the time of morbidity showed higher user confidence. Therefore, the longer morbidity period would increase m dependence on others and users confidence level showed high in a short period time. Reuse will was the highest score. The more health Concern, the higher reuse decision shows. Home care services changes into a dependent variable and general characteristics and users confidence level changes into independent variable. We analized multiple regression analysis. Resulting, as they have religion, the higher satisfaction on users trust, the higher satisfaction on domestic service. satisfaction was higher in old age, the less economic satisfaction, lower the morbidity time shorter, more user trust, the higher the emotional service, more elderly people, more interest on health, the shorter the time of morbidity, more users trust showed that more satisfaction on Health care services. Women, more users trust shows more satisfaction on domestic services. To examine the variables about reusing long-term care facilities, It changes into long-term care institution will as the dependent variable. Adding up general characteristics, general characteristics and user trust, general characteristics, user trust, and the type of home care services as an independent variable. When we analize dividing multiple regression analysis, lower monthly income, the higher user confidence, higher service satisfaction in daily life showed more interest on reusing long-term care facilities.
