BcN guarantees Optimal path to guarantee quality of user requiring service by grasping network resource. It also provides hand-over to support Mobility and optimal high-speed and high-quality service on wireless environment. A proposed technical model in this paper is a network that has a structure connected systematically with several wireless networks using variant accessing technique. This network provides service continuously whenever and wherever a terminal uses it. The wireless network service is able to be provided continuously using movement management activity via BcN core migration management method when a terminal moves other network that provides different accessing technique when the terminal still uses service. And, this technical model is constructed to be able to provide fast hand-over using L2 trigger via providing unified L2 interface that is independent of the accessing technique.
