몽골 바가누르 갈탄 광산 개요 및 현황 = Overview and Status of Lignite mine in Baganuur, Mongolia

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Baganuur is the largest lignite mine in Mongolia. This mine is located about 110km east of Ulaanbaatar. The opencast mine of Baganuur assigns a part of major source of supply for the powerplant of Baganuur city. Syncline megastructure hosting coal bed is 3km in width and extends about 8km across NNE-SSW direction. Baganuur lignite uses as energy consumption and the whole reserves amounts to about 600 million tons. According to the physical and chemical characteristics of coal, Baganuur lignite uses not only for energy consumption but also the raw material for chemical and electric power technology.
