청소년지도 프로그램 평가모형 개발에 관한 이론적 고찰 = The Study of the Program Evaluation Model for Adolescence Guidance

The purpose of this study is to develop the program evaluation model for adolescence guidance. The evaluation model help to design and development a program for adolescence guidance. The proceduals of this study were first, to analysis the value of the program evaluation by a systematic approach and the meaning of adolescence guidance by a transactional approach, second, to review the evaluation criterian on a program transaction, third, to investigate the proceeding models of the program evaluation. A specific features of the program evaluation model developed by these proceduals were as follows. First, it is focused on evaluating the process of program. Second, it is based on the decision making oriented evaluation and the participant-responsive oriented evaluation. Third, it is focused on evaluating a attitudes and a motivation of the adolescents in transaction of program. Fourth, it is improving the program quality at present and future. But, this model have a limit of that was not tested empirically.
