초등학교 여자탁구지도자의 코칭 전문성 인식에 대한 합의적 질적 연구 = A Consensual Qualitative Research on the Awareness of Coaching Expertise of Elementary School Women’s Table Tennis Leaders

Purpose : The study looked at the perception of coaching expertise among female table tennis leaders in elementary schools. The aim is to provide basic data for the qualitative growth of elementary school female leaders by looking at what efforts they are making in the field to become an effective leader. Methods : This study conducted a consensual and qualitative analysis to understand the perception for coaching expertise of female table tennis instructor in elementary school. 12 research participants were selected to execute this study using in-depth interview, e-mail questionnaire and written questionnaire. The results are as follows by comparing and analyzing the professionalism of coaching in elementary school female leaders and the essential qualities that coaches presented in the National Standards for Sports Coaches. Results : In this study, eight domains, 18 categories and 47 subcategories were classified. The eight areas presented by the National Standards for Sports Coaches are 'Philosophy and Ethics', 'Safety and injury prevention', 'Physical conditioning', 'growth and development', 'Instruction method and communication', 'Sport functions and tactics', 'Organization and operation' and 'Evaluation'. Among them, in a total of five areas: philosophy and ethics, physical conditioning, growth and development, sport functions and tactics, and Evaluation, the sports coach national standard included the recognition of female table tennis leaders in elementary school. However, only a few areas were included in the three areas: safety and injury prevention, instruction method and communication, and organization and operation. Conclusion : To this end, a national standard for sports coaches should be established to suit the sports environment of Korea. Besides this, what I'd like to propose is that more attention and encouragement for elementary school leaders are needed as part of realistic efforts to improve their capabilities.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

연구목적 : 이 연구는 초등학교 여자탁구지도자들의 코칭 전문성에 대한 인식을 알아보는데 있다. 유능한 지도자가 되기 위해 현장에서 어떤 노력을 하고 있는지를 살펴봄으로써 초등학교 여자지도자들의 질적 성장을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법 : 본 연구에서는 합의적 질적분석을 통해 12명의 연구참여자에게 심층면담과 이메일 설문지, 서면 질문지를 사용하여 코칭 전문성에 대한 인식을 살펴보았다.『스포츠코치국가표준』에 기초한 8가지 영역에 대한 초등학교 여자지도자들의 코칭 전문성 인식과 스포츠코치국가표준에서 제시한 코치가 갖추어야 할 필수자질을 비교분석하여 나타난 결과는 다음과 같다. 결과 : 이 연구에서는 8개 영역, 18개 범주, 47개의 하위범주로 분류되었다. 스포츠코치국가표준에서 제시한 8개 영역은 ‘철학 및 윤리’, ‘안전 및 상해예방’, ‘신체적 컨디셔닝’, ‘성장 및 발달’, ‘지도법 및 커뮤니케이션’, ‘운동기능 및 전술’, ‘조직과 운영’, ‘평가’ 이다. 이중 철학 및 윤리, 신체적 컨디셔닝, 성장 및 발달, 운동기능 및 전술, 평가 영역 총 5개의 영역에서는 초등학교 여자탁구지도자들의 인식이 스포츠코치국가표준 내용에 모두 포함되어 있었다. 그러나 3개 영역인 안전 및 상해예방, 지도법 및 커뮤니케이션, 조직과 운영에서는 일부분만 포함되었다. 결론 : 결론적으로 끊임없이 변화하는 스포츠 환경 속에 지도자들의 살아있는 코칭지식과 지도자로서의 품격은 자라나는 어린 세대에게 그대로 전수되어 또 다른 능력 있는 지도자가 탄생한다는 사실을 기억해야 할 것이다. 이를 위해선 우리나라 스포츠 환경에 맞는 스포츠코치국가표준이 만들어져야 할 것이다. 이 외에도 제안하고자 하는 것은 지도자들의 역량을 향상시키기 위한 현실적인 노력의 하나로서 초등학교 지도자들에 대한 더 많은 관심과 격려가 필요하다는 것이다.
