부정청탁 금지법을 둘러싼 한국스포츠의 담론 = Discourse on Korean Sports over Under the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act

Pupose : The purpose of this study is to find out what kind of discourse has been formed in the Korean sports world. Methods : To this purpose, a discourse analysis was conducted focusing on the literature on the impact of the anti-trust law on Korean sports and its consequences. Conclusion : The discourse of Korean sports over the anti-trust law was divided into two. First is the discourse on normalization of academy sports. The main argument was the expectation that the corruption caused by the institute's sports would be a stepping stone to normalization with the implementation of the Anti-Corruption Prohibition Act. Second, the discourse that golf, which has been designated as the main method of entertainment culture as a negative meaning, will be reduced by the Anti-Corruption Prohibition Act.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

연구목적 : 본 연구는 부정청탁금지법을 계기로 한국스포츠계에서 어떠한 담론이 형성되었는지를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법 : 이를 위해 부정청탁금지법이 한국스포츠에 미칠 영향과 그 결과에 대한 문헌을 중심으로 담론분석을 실시하였다. 결론 : 부정청탁금지법을 둘러싼 한국스포츠의 담론은 두 가지로 나누어져 형성되었다. 첫째, 학원스포츠의 정상화 담론이다. 학원스포츠에서 발생되는 부정부패가 부정청탁금지법 시행을 계기로 정상화의 길로 나아갈 수 있는 발판이 될 것이라는 기대감의 담론이 주를 이루었다. 둘째, 부정적 의미로서 접대문화의 주요 방법으로 지목되어 온 골프가 부정청탁금지법을 계기로 위축될 것이라는 우려와 함께 이를 극복하고 진정한 골프의 대중화로 이어져야 한다는 담론이 주를 이루었다.
