주간보호센터 이용 경도인지장애 노인의 인지기능 향상을 위한 인지치료 프로그램 효과 = The Effect of Cognition Program for improving cognitive function in the Elderly using the Day Care Center

국문 초록 (Abstract)

목적 : 전산화 인지치료 프로그램과 워크북 훈련을 병행한 인지치료 프로그램이 주간보호시설을 이용하는 경도인지장애 노인의 인지기능에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 연구방법 : 주간보호센터 이용 노인 중 선정기준에 적합한 경도인지장애 노인 실험군 21명과 대조군 17명으로 총 38명을 대상으로 하였다. 실험군은 주 3회 전산화 인지치료 프로그램, 주 2회 인지활동 프로그램, 주 5회 재가형 인지중재치료 프로그램을 실시하였고, 대조군은 주 5회 인지활동 프로그램을 진행하였다. 프로그램 운영은 두 군 모두 8주, 주 5회, 1회기 당 30분 적용하였으며, 인지기능 향상 효과는 LACLS와 S-LICA를 활용하여 평가하였다. 연구결과 : 본 연구에서 LALCS와 S-LICA 비교 분석 결과, 전산화 인지치료와 재가형 인지중재치료 프로그램을 병행한 인지치료 프로그램이 일반적 인지치료 프로그램 보다 유의한 결과를 보였다. 집단 간전후 비교 분석 결과 실험군이 LACLS와 S-LICA 총점, 기억력, 언어, 집행기능에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 결론 : 주간보호센터 이용 경도인지장애 노인에게 인지치료 프로그램을 적용함으로써 인지기능을 향상하는데 효과가 있는 것으로 확인할 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Objective : The purpose of this study was to find effect of cognition program on the cognitive function of the elderly using day care center. Methods : The cognition program was conducted in this study, 24 times for a total of 8 weeks for thirty eight elderly using day care center. The cognition program is computer based cognitive rehabilitation combined with home based cognitive program and general cognition program. LACLS and S-LICA were used as tools to evaluate the effectiveness of the cognition program. Results : In this study, the LACLS score and S-LICA score of the computer based cognitive rehabilitation program combined home based cognitive program group was significantly increased than general cognition program group. The LACLS score and S-LICA total score, memory, language, executive scores showed significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion : The cognition program is an effective intervention for improving cognitive function in the elderly using day care center.
