공인중개사 연수교육 서비스 품질이 직무성과에 미치는 영향|RISS 상세보기

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 공인중개사법 개정으로 연수교육이 의무화되면서 개업공인중개사의 전문성이 강조되고 있으나, 기존 선행연구는 단편적인 실무교육 만족도를 측정하는 데 그치는 한계가 있었다. 이에 본 연구는 인적자원개발(HRD) 관점을 도입하여, 공인중개사 연수교육 서비스 품질(교육환경, 교육내용, 강사진)이 교육만족도와 현업적용도를 매개로 궁극적인 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연수교육을 이수한 공인중개사 500명을 대상으로 다중회귀분석 및 매개효과 검증을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육환경, 교육내용, 강사진 모두 교육만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 교육환경과 강사진은 현업적용도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으나, 교육내용은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 교육만족도와 현업적용도는 모두 직무성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 교육환경과 강사진은 교육만족도와 현업적용도를 매개로 직무성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 교육내용이 현업적용도를 거쳐 직무성과로 이어지는 경로는 유의하지 않은 것으로 판명되었다. 본 연구는 연수교육의 실효성을 극대화하기 위해 단순 법규 위주의 교육을 탈피하고, 실무 밀착형 커리큘럼으로의 전면적인 개편과 현장형 우수 강사진 확보가 필수적이라는 정책적 시사점을 제공한다.

This study empirically analyzes the impact of service quality in continuing education for certified real estate brokers on job performance, focusing on the mediating effects of education satisfaction and transfer of training. Based on a survey of 500 certified brokers, multiple regression and mediation analyses were conducted using SPSS 25.0. The results show that while educational environment, content, and instructors positively affected education satisfaction, only the environment and instructors significantly influenced the transfer of training. Both education satisfaction and transfer of training positively impacted job performance. Furthermore, the environment and instructors significantly affected job performance through both mediators, whereas the path from educational content through the transfer of training was not significant. These findings highlight the need to reorganize continuing education toward practical, problem-solving curricula and secure field-oriented instructors to enhance educational effectiveness.
