한국형아유르베다 심리유형과 사상체질의 이론적 고찰 연구 = A Theoretical Study on the psychological type of the Korean version of Ayurveda and Sasang constitution

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 한국형아유르베다 유형과 사상체질 유형의 이론적 내용을 고찰 연구하고자 한다. 아유르베다와 사상체질은 오랜 역사에 뿌리를 두고 독자적이고 체계적인 독특한 의학체계를 성립시켜 그 전통의 맥을 이어오고 있어, 이 둘은 상호간의 문화적 견지에서 볼 때 긴밀히 연관된 공통점이 많다. 최근 대체요법에 관한 관심이 고조되어 체질과 체형을 체계적으로 발전시킨 한의학의 사상체질과 아유르베다와 한의학의 사상의학과 연관성을 밝히는 일은 매우 중요한 의미가 있다고 생각한다. 본 연구에서 한국형아유르베다는 휴마인드연구소에서 표준화하여 개발한 한국형아유르베다 기본심리유형 (윤천성, 2016)을 사용하고, 사상체질은 동의수세보원(이제마 저: 한동석역, 2017)자료를 참고하여 이론적 내용을 고찰 연구하였다. 연구결과 한국형아유르베다 바타형은 사상체질의 소양인과 한국형아유르베다 피타형은 사상체질의 소음인과 한국형아유르베다 카파형은 사상체질의 태음인과 이론적 근거를 바탕으로 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 향후 학생들의 학교생활 적응에 도움이 되는 기초 자료가 되기를 기대한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research is to study the correlation between personal characters of the Korean version of Ayurveda and types of Sasang constitution. From a cultural perspective, they are closely related and there is a lot of similarities since these traditional medicines have been come down from ancient times and their unique medical system have been developed with a long history. As alternative medicines have become increasingly popular in recent years, it is important to define the correlation between Sasang constitution of Oriental medicine, which developed constitution and body shape systematically, and Ayurveda. It was analyzed based upon the default psychological type (Yoon Chun Sung, 2016,) developed and standardized by Humind research center, along with the source of information from Dongyisusebowon (Yijema) regarding Sasang constitution. The research findings support that there are direct correlations between Betta type of the Korean version of Ayurveda and Soyangin constitution type, Pitta type of the Korean version of Ayurrveda and Soeumin constitution type, as well as Kapha type of the Korean version of Ayurveda and Taeumin constitution type.
