지도자 역량척도개발과 리더쉽 유형에 관한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is to develop questionnaires that can measure the leadership capabilities of leaders and validate convergence through compliance-specific correlation with existing leadership type questionnaires. First, through prior research and in-depth interviews with open questions, we developed five questions of factors, 21 questions related to leadership skills, flexibility, self-ordination, athleticism, interpersonal understanding and achievement orientation. The questionnaire was developed to conduct validation work, reliability check, and verification factor analysis through exploring factor analysis. Finally, a significant static correlation between factors was identified through a correlation analysis with the type of leadership questionnaire. Development of questionnaire of various factors was suggested for clearer measurement of the capacity of the map.
