학생인권과 좋은 삶 -학생인권조례를 중심으로- = Students` Human Rights & Good Life -In Light of Students`` Human Rights Ordinance-

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Humans live with questions of how they should their lives. It is the results of the questions that humans should lead good life. This reviews what is good life. By doing so, this research is to show that good life is the results not only of the personal questions and efforts for good life but also of the support from social systems and policies. To lead good life, it requires some conditions. This consider ``human rights`` as a requirement for good life. Regarding this point, this raises the need of legislation for guarantee of ``human rights``. Also, this suggests that students’ human rights ordinance can be a case where human rights lead to good life. Conclusively, this insists that ``human rights`` are a requirement for good life and be guaranteed necessarily.
