독도리 지번의 특성 연구 = A Study on the Characteristic of Land Parcel Number in Dokdo-ri

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 독도리의 지번은 언제, 어떠한 방법으로, 어떻게 부여되었고, 일반지역의 지번과는 어떤 차이점이 있으며, 그 이유와 특성이 무엇인가를 제시하는 것이었다. 이를 위해 연구대상을 독도리로 한정하고, 시간적 범위는 1961년부터 현재까지로 하며, 공간적 범위는 울릉도와 독도리로 한정하였다. 조사방법으로 문헌조사법과 인터넷조사법을 병행하였으며, 분석방법으로는 기술적 분석방법을 사용하였다.
연구 결과, 독도리 지번의 특성은 다음과 같이 제시되었다. 첫째, 독도리는 지번 수 기준 전국 165위, 면적기준 717위로 작은 지번부여지역으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지번부여 방법은 북서기번법을 원칙으로 하였으나, 두 번의 지번등록으로 지번이 매우 불규칙적으로 혼재된 특성을 보이고 있다. 셋째, 지번 별 면적이 매우 협소한 필지로 구성된 특성이 있다. 넷째, 지번 별 형태는 단식지번의 특성으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 지번 별 지목의 특성은 임야로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to find when, how and in which way the land parcel numbers of Dokdo-ri have been set and what is different from other land parcel numbers in other areas while suggesting the reason and characteristic. To this end, the study target was limited to Dokdo-ri and the time period was set from 1961 to the present. The study was also limited to Ulleung-do and Dokdo-ri when it comes to the space area. Both literature search method and internet search method were used in terms of the search method. Also, descriptive analysis method was used.
The findings support that Dokdo-ri land parcel numbers are characterized as follows: First, It was found that the land parcel number area of Dokdo-ri is given as a small land parcel number area ranking in 717th based on the area and 165th nationwide based on the land parcel number. Second, the land parcel number setting method was based on North-West Started Land Parcel Number Setting System but it was found that land parcel numbers were mixed in a very irregular way due to two times of the land parcel number registration. Third, the area by land parcel number is very narrow. Fourth, the type by land parcel number is characterized by a kind of single land parcel number. Fifth, the land category by land parcel number is characterized by forest-land.
