초산모와 경산모의 모성역할 자신감에 대한 영향요인 비교 = Comparative Study on Predictors of Maternal Confidence between Primipara and Multipara

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 산욕 초기 초산모와 경산모를 대상으로 일반적 특성, 자존감, 사회적 지지, 분만 전 태아애착, 모성역할 자신감과의 관계를 확인하고 모성역할 자신감에 대한 영향요인을 확인함으로써 모성역할 자신감을 증진시키는 데 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도하였다. 연구 결과 초산모의 모성역할 자신감의 영향요인은 사회적 지지, 자존감, 분만형태였으며 경산모의 모성역할 자신감에 영향요인은 아기의 성별, 분만 전 태아애착 정도, 교육수준으로 나타났다.
따라서 초산모와 경산모의 모성역할 자신감을 향상시키기 위해서는 인구사회학적 요인 및 산과적 요인과 아울러 분만 전 태아애착 정도, 자존감, 사회적 지지를 고려한 간호중재 프로그램이 개발되어야함을 시사한다.
