CPTPP 국가에 대한 한국의 수출의존도와 그 영향요인에 관한 연구 = A study of Korea’s Dependence on exports to CPTPP countries and its influencing factors

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 타국에 대한 한국의 수출의존도의 변화라는 상대적 시각을 바탕으로 한국과 CPTPP 회원국 및 세계 기타 주요 교역국 간의 무역관계 변화를 분석하고, Two-way fixed effects모형을 이용하여 CPTPP 회원국 및 세계 기타 주요 교역국에 대한 한국의 수출의존도의 영향요인을 분석하고 비교한다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 1인당 실질GDP, 무역 개방도, FTA 및 BIT 체결 여부는 회원국과 비회원국 모두의 수출의존도에게 유의적인 긍정적 영향을 미친다. 하지만 FTA 및 BIT체결여부는 비회원국보다 회원국에 더 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 관세는 회원국에게는 유의적인 음(-)의 상관관계가 있을 뿐 비회원국에는 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인구의 크기 및 환율은 비회원국과 유의적인 음(-)의 상관관계가 있을 뿐 회원국에 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, FDI 변수는 회원국에 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 뿐 비회원국에는 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyzes changes in trade relations between Korea and CPTPP members and major trading partners around the world based on the relative view of changes in Korea's export dependence on other countries, and analyzes and compares the factors influencing Korea's export dependence on CPTPP members and major trading partners around the world using the two-way fixed effects model. The main results of this study are as follows. First, real per capita GDP, trade openness, FTA and BIT conclusion have a significant positive effect on export dependence of both member and non-member countries. However, it was found that FTA and BIT signing had a higher impact on member countries than non-member countries. Second, it was found that tariffs had a significant negative (-) correlation for member states but did not affect non-member states. Third, it was found that the size and exchange rate of the population had a significant negative (-) correlation with non-member countries but did not affect member countries. Finally, it was found that the FDI variable had a significant positive effect on member states but not on non-member states.
