Interior design projects are getting complicated, and the volume of data to be managed is enormous. Especially in human resource management not only the attendance records but also the productivity records are required. It is also critical for an interior project management system to integrate the human resource with process plan. The objectives of this study are 1) to develop a project daily report, 2) to implement a human resource management system based on attendance and productivity records, 3) to provide a method to improve the management process, and 4) to integrate with the currently available PMIS. Important contributions of this research; Provide a new system focused on the improvement of the function of the project daily report at Interior architecture. Make the same time conviction through the connection between the process of construction period and the information of the project daily report. Establish Human resource management system and to estimate the result.
