朝鮮後期 離婚에 관한 硏究 = A Study On the Divorce in the Second Half Year Of Yi-dynasty

The article of the book is a study on the divorce of the second half year of yi-dynasty. It is an aim that watch about the divorce in the second half year of yi-dynasty using an article about the divorce that Korea dynasty authentic record shows.
In the society, the divorce of the man was easy comparatively as patriarchy society in Second Half Year Of Yi-dynasty. But the woman was particular.
The woman had to submit to much sacrifice as a tool to maintain patriarchy society.
There were seven kinds of divorce reasons that a woman encountered a divorce by compulsion from the parent of a husband and the husband.
In addition, there was the three prohibitive conditions for divorce system that did not meet a divorce by compulsion when there were three kinds of reasons that were fixed on seven kinds of such divorce reasons.
We can understand well about a divorce in the second half year of Yi-dynasty by studying above contents.
