      This research focuses on recovering relationships among the members of industry classes of a specialized vocational highschool and aims at growing and maturing together among the teacher and the students. The research participants are the girls from night-time industry classes, who usually work in the daytime as part-time workers and study at night. They often reveal problems such as maladjustment to school life, ignorance of basic school rules, alcohol and smoking, verbal and physical violences, and school bullying and so on. Therefore, ``awareness`` has been introduced as a research theme and Execution Research of Brain Education which deals with managing energy is progressed by professional trainers. The participants have improved ``awareness`` abilities on energy, body, emotion, thoughts, and actions through the 21 sessions over 3 times. They also experience of sense of success by participating in Kigong Competition. Throughout the self-introspection and improving ``awareness``, the participants` maladjustment has generally decreased and it is raised that the systematic devices to take care of and support the marginalized such as the research participants.
