논리모형(Logic Model)의 성과관리 적용 가능성 = 사회적 기업 정책을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 논리모형의 개념과 구성요소를 이론적으로 논의하고, 논리모형의 현실적 적용가능성을 검토해 보고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 앞으로도, 성과관리 및 결과지향적 관리는 지속적으로 중요성을 가질 것이며, 이 과정에서는 성과평가정보들이 연계되어 활용될 필요가 있다. 이러한 성과관리 과정에서 정책분석평가방법론으로서의 논리모형이 서로 연계될 때, 성과관리의 수준을 높일 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 분야에 대한 연구는 우리나라에서 많이 이루어져 있지 못하다. 이처럼 우리나라에서 아직 활용은 미비하나 결과와 성과 중심의 평가를 위해서 매우 유용한 프로그램 논리 모형은 성과관리에 있어서 그 중요성이 더 해 가고 있기 때문에 이에 대한 연구의 필요성이 커지고 있다고 생각된다.따라서 본 연구에서는 그동안 결과지향적 관리와 평가에 유용성을 제시할 수 있음에도 불구하고 많은 관심을 갖지 못했던 논리모형을 이론적으로 검토하고 이를 사회적 기업정책과정에 적용해 보며, 이를 통해서 논리모형에 대한 이해와 논리모형이 성과관리에 어떻게 연계되는지를 살펴보고자 한다.
